Refund and cancellation policy

Please review and adapt this policy to your registered terms before relying on it.

Visa services

• Before we submit your application to the authorities, you may cancel and receive a refund of the government fee and 50% of our service fee.
• Once submitted, government fees are not refundable by the authorities, and our service fee covers work already done.
• If your visa is refused, fees are not refunded — the decision belongs to the authorities. We will explain the reasons given and your options.

Flights

• Refunds and changes follow the airline's fare rules, shown on the fare before you book (for example "Refundable" or "Changes allowed").
• Where the airline refunds a fare, we pass the refund on in full, less our service fee.
• If we cannot issue your ticket after payment — for example because the fare changed before ticketing — you choose between the new fare and a full refund.

Tours

• More than 30 days before departure: full refund less a 10% administration fee.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before departure: no refund, except where we can resell your place.
• If we cancel a departure, you receive a full refund or a different date of your choice.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back by the method you paid with where possible, within 14 days of approval. Contact us with your booking reference to request one.
