Our role

Karibu Trips acts as an agent between you and airlines, hotels, tour operators and visa authorities. Each of them provides their part of your trip under their own conditions.

Visas

We prepare and submit visa applications on your behalf. The decision is made only by the relevant government. We do not guarantee approval or processing times, which are set by the authorities.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you give us, and for names matching your passport exactly. Corrections after ticketing may be charged by the airline.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your country's currency and include our service fee. A booking is confirmed only when payment is received. Where a supplier's price changes before we confirm, we tell you before charging anything more.

Travel documents and health

You must hold a valid passport, any required visas and vaccination certificates, and should have travel insurance.
